Trust standard

AdvoRecruit should show its work.

Recruiting families are surrounded by claims, rankings, invites and expenses. AdvoRecruit is designed to separate what is known, what is estimated and what still needs to be verified.

Evidence status

Verified facts, family-reported facts and unknowns should never be blended together. A Decision Receipt can be useful without pretending uncertainty does not exist.

Savings integrity

ACTUAL_SAVINGS is counted only after the family confirms they were about to spend the money and did not. ESTIMATED_COST_AVOIDED and POTENTIAL_VALUE_OR_RISK_AVOIDED stay separate and never inflate the hard savings total.

No outcome guarantees

AdvoRecruit does not promise an offer, scholarship, admission, roster position, playing time or commitment outcome. The product is decision support, education and approved advocacy.

Family controls the decision

The athlete and family keep control of school, camp, visit, offer and commitment decisions. AdvoRecruit is built to improve the questions and evidence behind those choices.

Private family context

Athlete priorities, budgets, Decision Receipts and Advocate requests are account data. Public marketing should never depend on exposing a family’s private recruiting record.

Verify material facts

Offers, financial aid, camp attendance, roster need, coach interest and other material facts should be confirmed with the relevant institution before a family spends or commits.

Money-integrity definitions

Spent: money the family records as already paid.

Planned: an upcoming expense that has not yet been committed.

ACTUAL_SAVINGS: the family confirms it was about to spend this amount and did not after the decision changed. Only this category enters the hard savings total.

ESTIMATED_COST_AVOIDED: an estimate based on family-entered camp, travel, hotel, food, missed-work or other costs. It remains an estimate until confirmed.

POTENTIAL_VALUE_OR_RISK_AVOIDED: a decision-context figure such as a multi-year cost difference or financial risk under review. It is never counted as savings.

Put the standard to work

Check the decision first. Add Coach Ali when you want a human read.

Run CampCheck on the real cost and football reason. If the decision still needs experienced judgment, the paid Advocate reviews are there without changing the facts or promising an outcome.

This page describes AdvoRecruit’s product operating standard and is not legal advice. Final public terms, privacy policy, minor-consent language and paid-service agreement should remain subject to counsel review before broad commercial launch.
