Terms of Service

The rules for using AdvoRecruit.

Effective September 11, 2026. By using AdvoRecruit, you agree to use the service lawfully and understand the limits of recruiting guidance, verification, and decision-support tools.

What AdvoRecruit provides

AdvoRecruit provides recruiting education, decision support, recordkeeping, verification workflows, and optional human Advocate services. It is designed to help families evaluate evidence, cost, fit, timing, and recruiting claims.

No recruiting outcome guarantee

AdvoRecruit does not guarantee a scholarship, offer, roster spot, admission decision, playing time, coach response, ranking, commitment, or other recruiting outcome. Recruiting decisions remain with the athlete, family, school, coach, institution, and other relevant parties.

Accuracy and verification

Users are responsible for providing accurate information. Material facts such as offers, financial aid, roster needs, eligibility, camp details, and coach interest should be confirmed with the relevant institution or authoritative source before money is spent or commitments are made.

Youth athletes and account responsibility

A parent or legal guardian should participate where required for a minor. Users must have authority to submit information, media, or records concerning another person.

Paid services and payments

When a paid Advocate service is purchased, the displayed package, price, and checkout terms control that transaction. Payment records may be retained for accounting, customer-service, fraud-prevention, and audit purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not use AdvoRecruit to impersonate coaches, schools, athletes, families, or organizations; submit fraudulent recruiting claims; misuse private information; interfere with the service; or attempt unauthorized access to another user's records.

Content and media

You remain responsible for content or media you submit. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use. Generated or uploaded creative assets remain subject to the app's owner-controlled review and activation workflow.

Service changes

Features, workflows, pricing, and service availability may change as AdvoRecruit evolves. Material changes should be reflected in the app and its current public notices.

Questions

Use the AdvoRecruit Advocate or account-support workflow if you have questions about these terms, a transaction, or use of the service.

See the Trust Standard for AdvoRecruit's evidence and savings-integrity rules and the Privacy Policy for information-handling practices.
