What you get, and how money is handled.
Effective September 12, 2026. This applies to every paid AdvoRecruit Advocate service: Pressure Review ($89.99), Recruiting Reality Review ($129.99), and Advocate Game Plan ($149.99).
Purchase does not reserve a time by itself. After Stripe confirms payment, book your calendar appointment from the verified confirmation page or the payment-confirmation email. If you cannot find your booking link, email or call — a time will be set for you the same day.
Rescheduling
Reschedule any appointment at no cost, as many times as your family needs, using the booking link or by contacting us directly.
Cancellation and refunds before the call
Cancel any time before your review begins for a full refund. No reason is required and no fee is charged.
Missed appointments
If you miss a time without notice, contact us and the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Fees are not forfeited for a missed call.
After the review has been delivered
Once the review has been conducted and the written result delivered, the service has been performed. If you believe the work did not match what was purchased, contact us within 14 days and it will be reviewed personally and made right — including a refund where the service was not delivered as described.
Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank posting times are set by your card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
What a paid review is not
Payment purchases experienced human review time and a written result. It does not purchase or guarantee a scholarship, offer, roster spot, admission decision, playing time, coach response, ranking or any recruiting outcome. AdvoRecruit does not sell coach access and never asks families to pay coaches or middlemen for access.
Disputes
Before opening a card dispute, contact us. Every payment question is answered directly and quickly, at any hour.

Real questions get a real person. Ask before you pay, before you commit, or any time during your recruiting process — there is no wrong hour.

Clarity before a commitment
Know What You Are Paying For.
A recruiting review should have a clear purpose. This page explains the service, booking process and refund policy so your family can understand the commitment before paying.
